WYSIWYG: Popup windows shouldnt resize

When Xinha popups up a window, it first popups up a little box in the upper left hand corner of the screen and the resizes it to the size of the content and centers it on the screen. However, most of the popup boxes have a fixed size, so there is no need for this resizing. We may want to request that the Xinha developers add in options to popup the window with a fixed size. Or we can code this and then submit it to them as a patch.
