Switch from ImageMagick to GD

Description

This is a request from Raed, and it makes sense because it will cut down on installation requirements. (We need GD no matter what, and GD can do the work that imagemagick is currently doing for us.)

We already use GD in Campsite but unfortunately it can’t replace ImageMagic? 100% so we still have to fall back to ImageMagic? in some cases.
