In Campsite, until we get to the point where we have proper versioning, it would be good to have at least an ‘article history’ feature in the admin interface similar to that in Trac (see https://www.campware.org/projects/campsite/wiki/WikiStart?action=history for an example).
As in Trac, such a feature would track three fields:
– a timestamp from the save
– the user who saved it
– an optional free text field for writing comments about the save
If we really wanted to get tricky with the feature, users could view the article using a ‘diff’ function similar to that in Trac now.
