Features:

  1. list, pagination, search, add, delete, edit, add alias, add e-mail addresses (for easy mailto).
  2. Toggle option between type-ahead and a dropdown (or ajax popup with list of Author field values)
  3. Enable/Disable on-the-fly creation of Authors, i.e. limit options to a predifined list of Authors only (if disabled)
  4. Customizable type-ahead priority (what table gets queried first: Staff Users or Authors).
