Make the help contextual, so you will go to the correct help page when you go to the help menu item depending on which page you are on.

Hi Paul  Here are some suggestions that relate more specifically to
the 'help engine':    Link at the bottom of each page of the localhost
documentation taking you to the official online docs so that 'web
notes' can be browsed/added in those cases where user needs extra
info/wants to make comments/offer example.    Contextual help - each
section of campsite admin needs to link to a page in the help system.
Provide a version of the documentation suitable for integrate with the
freedesktop.org documentation system (yelp on GNOME, something else on
KDE). This will go well with the RPM version...
