We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience writing applications that use Gstreamer
• C++
• Python
  
• Object-oriented design
• Design patterns
• Since we do everything online, you should be decent at keeping up this type of communication (chat, irc, email, mailing lists)
• Someone who sees the entire project as their own - that they arent limited to their one corner of the application
• It is a bonus if you have web application development experience (LAMP stack)
